Quick, easy and more than expected. June 1, 2010

Plug it in and it does the rest.  I use Windows XP Pro.  I've backed-up two different computers on the one divice.  

I had a technical question and called Clickfree tech support, both when I ordered and contacted TS, I was connected to a human being in less than 2 minutes.

Very professional, straightforward and the unit is a breeze to operate.

If you've ever lost precious data, files, etc., then you'll surly see my point.  I you have'nt yet,then picture this:

You log on to you computer, sit back and get ready to listen to some of your best nostalgic music, while viewing a slide show of last year's vacation,.   only to find that they've all disappeared to a point of no return.  Whew!  Thank goodness for my Clickfree backed files...
